Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

Two puggles and a beagle, so there’s a lot of hair. I have a german shepard who basically just sheds daily, all year.

It has a strong suction and cleaning power for such a device. It's much quieter than a conventional vacuum.

Long-furred dogs are great for cleaning hardwood floors. They keep the floors tidy and looking good. The daily struggle of a shredding dog is now under control.

Cons

Worst of all is that almost everyday i have to tinker with it to get it to work properly. My recommendation is that if you opt for this unit, and you have these same issues.

The battery seems to die very quickly. Trying to get it back on the charger is a challenge. They now suggest that we fork out $130 for a new battery without being able to tell us from the many error codes whether the battery is even the issue.

It squeaks something horrible at random. Tried to lube and can help sorta, but not really. It does nothing, zilch, nada!

This robotic vacuum cleaner is terrible.

This vacuum has a pathetically small bin. The automatic bin cleaner only cleans out 80 percent of dirt. A lot of dirt collects around the filter.

Quality

I see no flaws in the product

Every little bit helps with the environment

It has trouble with the sisal fibers that my cat scratching post loses when the cats use it but i know that is a tough item to deal with

I would occasionally have the same problems with the s9 but it could normally go a few weeks between issues

Packaging/appearance

I named my roomba rosie after the robot maid on the jetsons

Also you can wash and reuse the filters several times before throwing them out

Competitiveness

I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a hasslefree and efficient cleaning experience
