Pros

If you can't get app/980 connected to wifi, you need to make sure you're wifi is 2. Loaded old version of the app, logged in toy irobot account, and was able to connect both 980s first attempt.

The noise level is noticeable but as expected for the suction power. It vacuums in straight lines & docks itself back onto its docking station when it’s battery is low. Instead of coming home and needing to vacuum, the floor is clean!

By sweeping daily it keeps the hair from getting on everything. The renewed price is the best you will find.

Cons

I'm hopeful that they can do something to correct the problem. Won’t buy another refurbished one. Kept giving stuck errors even when in the middle of the room. Nope sending her back.

Works great and the consumable parts from my old 960 can be used with this 980

Amazons refurb products seem to be a and i feel confident that this item is worth what i paid

At that time it cost over 900

Now instead of 279 it cost 239

Why only 10 days have passed since i received the irobot and its price has decreased

It was delivered neatly and on time

We had just moved in here a month previous to this purchase and our place was newly refurbished with new everything

But i saw this refurbished model that had fewer bells and whistles for less than half the investment that my sister told me
