Pros
More expensive than the chinese knockoff's but for me it was worth it to get authentic replacement parts. I use it for spot cleaning as we live where there is a lot of snow and grit.
Cons
The faulty battery's didn't work in my friends roomba either. Now lasting 2 1/2-3 hrs again. Roombas btw are a nightmare if you ever have to deal with customer service - avoid the brand.

It has been 2 weeks i replaced this battery and the irobot roomba works perfectly so far
After replacing old battery with this one my bot is super energetic and lasts over an hour
It ran for 2 12 hours and finished the whole house and then docked itself to charge
Replaced my mothers dying battery and fully charged it before the first use
Price
Worth the money for a decent run time
Returned it and reordered a generic at half the price
Less expensive than buying from the manufacturer
More money but i believe worth the extra money

Packaging/appearance
In regards to the review about whether the battery was legit or a knockoff because the packaging had spelling mistakes
If i remember correctly the instructions were not included in the box

Original roomba battery lasted about 5 years

I have 2 roombas so tried this in both machines in case it was an issue with the charging system but neither roomba would work more than 5 seconds

I got an irobot 540 and it ran for a few hours

One thing i did notice no fault to the battery was charging error 3 out of the box

He goes for about 40 minutes to an hour and hasnt slowed down in the 5 months weve had the battery in there
