Pros & Cons
Pros
Irish setter men's 3874 soft paw waterproof oxford casual shoes were made in vietnam. They are waterproof as advertised. The uppers are all leather and double stitched on the seams.
Size d/m fits perfectly for narrower feet. The fit is also good without insert. They run a little small regardless - they run alittle small. After some new regular insoles though these shoes are amazing.
Good quality shoe for the money, insole is a little thinner than i like. Leather is very durable around chemicals i use.
The soles are pretty solid and clunky. Little firm behind the heel but acceptable.
Cons
The soles have an angled heel forcing awkward and uncomfortable gait. Soles are very hard and force a flat footed walk.

But for construction work or hiking wearing unpadded crew socks or thicker it might be better to go a halfsize up or more and definitely wider
