Easy to use and does not leave my hair sticky like rogaine. Very proactive customer service – they even reach out to see how you are doing with the device. Got recommendations from stylists.
The fact that i am not losing my hiar now is a bonus for me. Will update to see if any results. The offer is good value with guarantee but the we have to wait for the results.
Cons
I used to put my hair in a ponytail and wrap the elastic twice and it stayed; now i have to wrap four times. Seriously mpb can’t be cured with light. Shockingly junk quality.

I find the laser lights are pretty strong and i have to shift the helmet a bit so the light isnt concentrating on the exact same spot throughout the treatment

I guess you could get laser sunglasses that protect from that particular light
