Pros

The controls work seamlessly and so quietly! Arms are a bit high for me but i am shorter than most. The lift recline etc is on its own remote. Simple to operate for tech challenged or visually impaired people.

I hope this is an easy fix. I hope it stays that way.

The heat and massage feature is great! My favorite part is the massage and heat functions. The * is quiet and i can get rid of my ugly heating pad. This will be a hit this winter to take the chill off.

The appearance is just as pictured. The faux leather is very good quality and the chair seems to be very well constructed and designed. Chair is plush and soft.

Their good when sitting in it but intrude somewhat when sleeping. It’s comfy, but i had a stick shift style recliner and was used to popping in and out of it.

Cons
