Replacement came i had the same issue the intensity channels would randomly cut down to 0 before my selected program had ended

Contacted the company and they replied right away it was the weekend they replied on monday i had already solved the issue by then turns out i had not been securing the belt properly it needs to be snug and the electrodes need to make constant contact or for safety reasons they cancel out

This 10s unit is an awesome idea to be at work to be shopping movies anywhere and have the use of a 10s unit

However since my back is small only one side worked and the other did not so sadly i had to send mine back

They will help a person get set up with the belt and if it really will not work they do stand behind the belt and 10s unit
