Pros
All i can say is this battery has performed flawlessly. Good enough product for the price. Specifications exactly as advertised. Everything fits well in the macbook air.
Youtube has some great instructional videos that show the entire process. Repeat this four or five times to achieve the best performance from your newly invigorated machine. Macbook screwdriver set from amazon which are easier to use.
Set the case screws safely aside, disconnect the power connector and remove the original battery. I take it off charge late afternoon and spend the evening browsing the internet, watching videos etc and it hardly impacts the battery.
Cons
Would never buy from ipro again. Obviously it was not glued properly. If you buy a new item you expect it to work and not send a 2nd hand, damaged replacement and let the buyer alone to pick up the pieces.

Ive had this battery for just over a year have used 249 cycles and the capacity is down to a reported 77
