This thing is strong & i often times wrap my hand through it for extra, easier grip - sits over my wrists. Works great for triceps, face pulls, etc. Helps me mitigate the lack of fingers on my left hand.

I was doing some research trying to find something that i could use to work out on the crossfit cable machine because i’m physically disabled i’m in a wheelchair and maybe a half pound of grip in my hands and very limited range of motion in my arms
