Pros
The box itself had the set up instructions printed on it. The wi-fi signal is very good and they found and set up the network immediately, on their own, on centurylink dsl and a 1ghz cisco modem. Works seamlessly with alexa.
Cons
The timer makes 1-3 rapid clicking sounds every ~10 seconds. Daily it randomly switches from the programmed plugs from auto on to auto off. Buy a different timer.
Company has no quality controls to prevent inferior products from reaching constomers. Terrible product. Useless to me. Very very veryvery very very very disgusted with this company.
Read fine print or try to get in touch with a human voice to make sure of what to expect and can it be refunded promptly. Maybe the one i received is defective.

I cannot use them behind some larger pieces of furniture because they stick out too far which makes the furniture sit farther in the room than i like
