Pros

I think this is a keeper. Works far better than the full knee covers i've bought at the pharmacy. Still, i am completely satisfied with the pain relief they deliver.

Patellar knee strap is supportive as intended - it was apparent as soon as i put it on. I am an avid hiker but dread coming down hill because i know that my knees are going to hurt.

Cons

There is nothing more frustrating and demoralizing than to anticipate a products arrival and promise then to discover it didn't fit. The cushions are worthless. The quality is no longer the same!

The velcro is strong and still attaches fine, but the straps are much shorter than other brands i've tried. The strap continually slips into the corner of the rectangular plastic loop, thus loosening the brace. It is not one size fits all.
