Even though it isnt really designed for it i was able to get my watch to hang horizontally so as to enable the nightstand mode but if you use a heavy watch band be prepared for the watch to fall off the stand in this orientation

Doesnt officially support nightstand mode but you can get it to work if your watch band isnt too heavybulky

Conscomes with a surprise lightning cable that is useless it shouldnt even be shipped with the stand
