The clip is at the top so the phone doesn’t ride high like other phone holsters that have your phone above the belt line

Bought it for a iphone 8 plus with a outerbox symmetry case fits snugly which is ok as i know it will loosen a tad with use has a bottom notchhole which i use to push out phone after opening flap works for me not sure if that what it was intended for

The belt clip is a pretty clever idea allows you to quickly remove the holster without having to take the clip of the belt essentially giving you a handheld holster when youre not wearing pants with a belt

Tried this for my new lg v30 with a spigen clear case approx 6 18 x 3 18 and seems to fit well
