Pros
The case on the back is so scratched, yet my phone is perfectly fine. An email to customer support was responded immediately by a real person and an immediate replacement.
Cons
Product pictures are completely misleading. Perhaps it's a coincidence, but nevertheless, i’m extremely disappointed.
It’s thin and flimsy. I'm 5'1 and dropped my phone from my waist band and sure enough the corner of my iphone 8 shattered. Did not protect my iphone 8 screen at all and now my screen is cracked.
