There is a slight lip over the edge of the phone so your screen isn’t hitting the surface directly

Functionally it is a snug fit for the iphone 8 and once on it isnt coming off easy

It was tricky to put the phone in had some problems with the turn off button and the cover the cover would push it and would turn off the phone by itself but after a few times of taking the phone out and putting it back in the button was okay

The case is very thick and durable so it keeps my phone very well protected every time it drops at least once a day the lip protects the actual screen from shattering and the thick corners of the case protect it from damage as well
