The arm band isnt comfortable for me but im a small girl 57 123 lbs so it actually fits around my thigh which is very convenient for being on the bike

You can use the shoulder strap the arm strap the belt loop clip and theres even a slot for you to loop your belt directly through it in the back

Prior experience with these types of bags have told me to not trust the cheap carabineer and sometimes the belt loop depending on the construction but fortunately the armband loop can be used as an additional belt loop if you remove the elastic velcro
