It feels like it will provide a little protection for the phone if it is dropped but that was not my main concern when i bought the case as it is not likely for my mother to be outside with the phone

If she drops the phone it will likely land on carpet so protection was not my main concern for this protection

This transparent case protects the phone but still shows off the rose gold color of the phone

The phone is now protected and because the ringer switch is recessed i dont think i will be switching the ringer off anymore
