    On april 1 i called the customer service because i was not getting any info about my order and been told the new shipping date was 04/05.

    We were on a very tight timeline with our contractor and robert at lumens was very nice, helpful and resourceful and did everything humanly possible to get our 10 outdoor sconces to us 2 days ahead of schedule (we had miscalculated days versus business days, leaving us in a pickle), including personally contacting the manufacturer to request faster fulfillment on my order and staying on top of it at all times.

    As it turns out, most places don't keep many (or any) in stock and it can be hard to expedite shipping, even when you're willing to pay the extra $50.
