The most disappointing thing is no material service at all they don’t drive us to bus station which is only 5 mins drive

I was asked if it was okay that i would need to switch rooms but when i said i would prefer not to i was then told i had no choice

Excellent location delicious food polite and friendly staffs greeted us as soon as we arrived complimentary sweets and beverages was served while they were processing my check in my family and i love this place so much and would stay here again if i were to visit fujisan

We did not manage to book the room with private bath however even without the private bath the view was stunning

After looking forward to a five star stay by mount fuji at one of the best ryokans in japan we left very disappointed and short changed
