I use it for my iphone6 but can hold a 6s no problem and even if i try to shake it to get the phone out it stays in the sleeve good times

The biggest issue would truly be more the size of the 6s than the armband

Even though the arm moves as a unit there is still enough movement of the phone from the muscle movement in my upper arm to make this uncomfortable
