I opened mine up 3x making sure all was right before contacting the seller and advising the situation and how i had worked to insure the issue wasnt caused by poor connections

If you have vision problems or cant hold onto itty bitty screws and phone parts then dont buy this but if you can see well and hold onto tiny parts then this product is for you
