I think the thing i was most impressed by was the high quality of the builtin screen protector

First of all on the one i received the small integral flap that covers the ringer onoff switch wont stay tucked down unless the phone is in the holster

While out of the holster the edge of the flap sticks up about an eighth of an inch and there is nothing in the case or on the flap to cause it to stay tucked in

Secondly the hard case cover has a cover over the round onoff button which requires a firm centered push to activate the button
