Sprint claimed my phone had been corrupted inside without opening it up since they arent allowed to open iphones bs they told me to take it to apple and find out what they had to say

I tried explaining to both of them that my phone had been showing a red battery before it went completely dead

My phone was a little harder to open because of the sticker inside but ive used the tools twice now to reopen my phone after i dropped it and got a black screen i opened it right up and pushed down on the silver button and my phone was back to new

Installed a new battery on my wifes phone

Took some time to get the screen off the base but thats more of the iphone problem not the battery replacement

Battery has been a total success its been 6 weeks and only need to charge my phone 2 hours a day
