Pros

The armband comes in 2 sizes. The extender is a nice perk for a larger forearm. I use it when i’m jogging, lifting weights, and jumping rope and it stays in place.

My phone fits in it pretty well, even with the slim case still on. I have i phone 7 plus with case and it fits perfectly. It fits the arm securely, phone touch pad works with front plastic covering.

Touch screen is very responsive. Facial recognition works fine too.

It is easy to change your music selection and plug up headphones. The sound/charging/earbud ports seem well aligned for an iphone 11.

Cons

It rubs wrong and doesn't get tight enough. The screen of the pouch just sticks to the phone and holds it too much when trying to slide it out.
