Note that in windows it uses an older game pad protocol only directinput and not xinput meaning it wont work natively with all games

Tip i use this with steam inhome streaming which will natively support the controller but only in big picture mode

In fact its really useful even for the andoid system itself you can navigate through icons on the os with it you can use the buttons to click and activate functions or cancel and go back
