It is ambitious to film with an ipad anyway so overall i am pretty happy with the purchase
I think the product works well as long as you are not toggling with the bracket that holds the ipad too much
Have proper expectations and you should be satisfied with the product
The customer svc is great too as they send you a message just to know if you are okay with their product

The tripod does serve its purpose however when you rotate it the clamp that holds the ipad falls off

If you properly install the holder at the top there’s no way your ipad would fall off

Amazon sent me a nasty gram saying i was breaking their rules so i will tell you that i received the stand but before i was able to use it the ball socket broke off completely rendering it totally useless

Everyone else is right about the bracket attaching the ipad holder to the stand it is not secure
