I gave it four stars because it doesnt work 100 well with my samsung galaxy tab 4 because it doesnt have quite enough clearance below the stand for the charging plug so i have to charge it upside down

I will say it doesnt really matter to me as i usually have my phone and tablet in the landscape view anyways

The other thing is that theres 2 very thin pieces of rubber tabs on the bottom of the main body that keeps your tabletphone from sliding that over time may rub off like the heels of your sneakers and that will make the tablet not sturdy enough to keep it still

For the past 2 years i have been using my ipad mini case to prop up the device when using it needless to say the corners of the case are getting loose and a replacement is inevitable

The stand is sturdy and can hold a 7 tablet almost straight up if i had to guess maybe 110 degrees on the table allowing the camera to capture my 2 toddlers who were seated at the table
