The corner elastic bands cover the volume * and the power button on the sides. The ipad stays in place well, and it blocks rf and elf and was tested by the fcc. I have a defender case and a safesleeve, and this is by far the better of the two!

Purchased in november of 2017 i am happy about the protection it gives but after months of use the elastic bands that hold the ipad in place are ripping and do not and never have held the ipad securely in place

The corner elastic bands cover the volume buttons and the power button on the sides the ipad cover covers the camera lens so you need to remove ipad if you want to take a picture

Plus once my husband was carrying the ipad and the ipad slipped out of the case and fell on our kitchen floor and cracked the ipad screen thanks to the poor elastic corners which are suppose to hold the ipad on the case

Theres no fastening ipad in the case its fastened to the case
