At first i noticed that the button to lower the brightness stopped working which was fine because i normally just do it manually but then the keyboard started making the screen go to the lowest setting for the brightness and wouldn’t stop until i disconnected the bluetooth

I have this keyboard so i can take notes for class but now i can’t use it because i can’t see the screen and other buttons stopped working

For the time that it was working it was working perfectly but once i noticed something going wrong it went completely downhill from there

I tried everything on and off recharging bluetooth on and off nothing worked

The directions are not very thorough so i was being reckless and using strength to try to remove it

You have to gently pull back from the middle of the case edge where the indentation is

I find it helps to have the screen facing away from me as i pull from the middle with my fingers and then i use my thumb to push the ipad forward from the hole so that it pops out
