I have had no problem with this product and in fact am very pleased with its operation

They replaced both the mount and the controller tested them both together first before shipping and they work

I have since downsized to a 72mm f6 ed refractor which i feel is perfect for it being just as portable as the mount itself
None of the draw backs i listed deminish my rating because for the price this is an excelant buy
As a matter of fact this unit compares with units at much higher prices

The backlight has verious degrees of brightness and shuts off the back light after a few minutes of no use

I havent done a 3 star align yet but it does a good job on 1 star align
