I have both the non-electric/solar ion brush as well as the phillips sonicare. This brush is ionic anddddd sonic - so you get the best of both worlds! Its better without toothpaste than any other toothbrush with it.

Love that it removes the plaque with the negative and positive protons
Bottom line i am very happy with it and hopefully it stands the test of time

I previously had one of those standard round rotating head ones and felt like i wasn’t getting as good of a clean as with a normal tooth brush so i wasn’t expecting much from this one

From what i can tell the settings just change the frequency of the sonic vibrations and the rhythm
