An uncompressed 24 bit 192khz audio stream is achievable without overloading the computer. The software is very easy to use and uploads right into itunes. This is a great turntable.

This item works great! It works so easily and perfectly!

Cons

Ion-itunes turntable drops rpm's about every 10 seconds. Unless your mp3 player is an ipod you are out of luck in transfering. It had no anti skate control (which keeps needle in center of groove and improves quality) it has no cartridge!

Caveat emptor. It fails miserably! This is garbage being passed off as state of the art!

Why ion would risk bad reviews by marketing what appears to be a perfectly sound piece of hardware, with defective, useless software makes no sense to me. It's pretty disappointing as my dad as the same brand of player that he purchased in store. Mayb... Read More

Was easy to do and the sound quality is great

I save most in mp3 format and only keep a few recordings in wav as space is more important to me than the quality difference
