This material seems a little on the expensive side, but it is really effective. It works as described and is unbelievable at sealing cmu and concrete flat-work. After over a year there are no leaks and the basement is very dry.

    This product has a time sensitive expiration date thats tideouse from how long it can sit before use unopened after opening which is a very short time span that needs to be in description when buying for indecisive customers or person thats busy in which may not use product right say according to product specifications

    Any water sprayed on the surface immediately beaded up and did not penetrate into the concrete

    We did a lot of testing to see if there were leaks after the first application and did find a few which we sealed up and reapplied a second coat of the radonseal to be clear the leaks were caused by gaps in the grout not the radonseal
