Pros

This little print server resolves all those issues by making this its own item on the network. Worked like a charm!

Prints fast and flawless from multiple pcs. Not having to plug in to print is very cool. The difficulty is all about the setup.

Cons

Iogear printer doesn't work on my google wifi. While this unit may work with a mac, it is not plug-n-use. Useless for a normal user. Worthless as a print server.
