This is definitely not a perfect product
The only actual problem i have had with the product is with their software and customer service over email
I definitely prefer this over the xim which i had bought before but ended up returning

Its ok it doesnt come plug and play you will need a laptop or pc to change the more advanced settings if you dont change the setting it will be very gittery no matter what you do until you hook it up to a pc and download the software from their website to change the dead zone and sensitive settings and ik its not the mouse i have the razer deathadder v2 which works great on my pc once you change the deadzone to circular it does improve vastly but its still delayed and not as percise as pc gaming longer range engagements in fps games are awful ill continue fine tuning the settings and update my reveiw if i can fix my problems with it

Not having tried many of the other models i cant attest to how it compares to those with that said it worked straight out of the box with my xbox1
