Also my home desktop has the greenpink audio inputs but my lenovo 40a2 has only usb inputs so i ordered an adapter from amz httpswww

Their tech support is horrible and just wants to rma everything even though it works on an identical system they claimed it was bad

It took me 6 days worth of calls and having to go through the same tech support script with each person to get escalated to their development team to determine the issue

There are some negative reviews of this device where i feel the owners problems would be resolved by thoroughly reading the manual

If you miss this you might plug in a powered laptop and then assume the device isnt working
