Pros

Eidon's ionic mineral's bioavailability after my own experience taking their silica supplement. The liquid is easy to take in water and it's affordable, each container is a full months supply. Totally balances my deffinicionies. No noticeable taste.

This product along with the spoon tooth scraper (not sure what its called) helped harden her cavities. It completely got rid of one of her cavity after months. It stops excessive hair shedding and promotes thickening and growth.

Cons

If you want silica drink a water that is naturally high in orthosilic acid such as fiji. It only has 8 mg of magnesium per serving. Seems to be a watered down version of similar concentrated products.
