Pros
The quality is exceptional. The customer service is top notch. The engraving is very clear. The metal is sturdy.
The tag itself seems well made and the plastic silencer glows in the dark. The extra rubber silencer is pretty cool. It even glows green.
Cons
It's unfortunate, i like supporting a small family business but poor workmanship and you should be honest with your customers and tell them it's printed on lettering not etched. Would not recommend these tags.
