Overall very happy with the arm and for the money beats out many others which are 3x the price. The product is great so far, and the customer service is friendly, helpful and responsive. Really impressed by this product.
Sturdy and easy to fit to a benq bl monitor and an lg ips 234. Allows you to flip a very old and heavy 27 monitor horizontally or vertically with ease.
Used to hold a 28 inch tele to wall. Straight forward to use aswell and can hold a 24 inch monitor no issues. It's not just the monitor we have attached (which is 22 ins) but also an intel nuc.
The arms move easily yet the monitor is very securely held. All the joints are adjustable, including the gas dampener. No wobbles, no movement from set positions.
Cons
Once accessable it seems to do nothing! The elevation assist (tm) is obviously still not perfected. The small loop under the main unit for managing the cables is the cheapest most brittle plastic and broke off on one of them while securing to the wall... Read More

I must admit i had the same issue at 1st but this was quickly resolved by tightening the bolt that sits directly behind my monitor

If you are used to the old leftright and tilt screen note that whole screen can travel vertically

They do make it a bit trickier to install than if you had normal bolts but at least theres no chance itll fall off

My monitor has a recess that meant the plate could not connect directly

Apparently this is an issue that theyve fixed with newer stock but if you email them theyll send you some longer bolts and washers for free to correct the problem in older stock if you happen to get itthe instructions were wellwritten and easy to follow
