The pack comes with 2 strapless stick on bras and a pair of nipple covers

The top does come up high so i dont think it would work for strapless unless you cut it

The adhesive film that you keep on it when not in use rips very easily so be careful removing it

I actually practiced with the clear film still stuck on so i could see where i wanted it and where it would create more of a natural teardrop shape under my outfit

Once i was happy with that i removed the film and applied
