Pros

Each chapter covers all of the transaction analysis such as dcf, lbo, and m&a in a detailed, yet easy to understand format. The book emphasizes the significance of discounted cash flow analysis.

Great for beginner through advanced. Good for those that are trying to catch themselves up or put themselves further than their classmates.

This book is a great desk reference for a lot of basic definitions and practical explanations. The fundamentals are easily explained. Topics are clearly explained in full detail which later be reviewed.

It's worse than the prints from your home inkjet printer. Letters are blurry, and papers are too thin. Pages upside down and missing lines of text as the pages were printed incorrectly.
