I think the noise level is quite low which is just as well as it switches onoff quite regularly

Im an awfully light sleeper and a noisy fridge would have had me awake all night

Its not totally silent but in comparison to some fridges its almost a corpse

Keeping it in the wardrobe was for practical purposes only but once the door was closed it was inaudible
