Pros
The sweet tea flavor is actually really good and not overpowering. It has a good to excellent taste and mixes well. Good tasting too.
Drink it during every workout. Less sore, more energy. When i have a two a day (bjj in the morning and muay thai at night) i drink this during and after training.
My latest purchase of peach/mango is pretty darn good. I rotate flavors and have not been disappointed. The new grape favor is awesome!
Cons
Smells like diet cotton candy, tastes like chemical concoction that you think will make you sick. The after taste left me nauseous. Too much lemon taste. Would not buy this flavor again.
Always residue on the bottom, be ready to be continuously shaking. Extremely sad. There are too many other trusted brands out there who do.

I was hesitant about this flavor because i am not huge on the grape flavor but when i tried this i was surprised that the grape can hardly be tasted
