Currie seems to have a fascination with lagrange points, and has some guy say that a bunch of debris that they have encountered shouldn't be there because they aren't at any lagrange points. There are no conspirators popping up at every turn.

More time could be spent making universe and characters more fleshed out with a bit more emotion. The details, the characters and the story-line are interesting, logical and ‘believable’.

Its story is directionless and unrealistic. You know the characters will act a certain way with their stereotypical cliched statements.

The human targets, unfortunately, are somewhat pacifistic and do not have the weapons they need to defend themselves. The evil aliens of the piece are an unimaginative combination of the borg and aliens.
