Pros

I have degenerative spondylosis and a rotator cuff partial tear. It provides a good amount of knee separation when i’m sleeping on my sides when i put it between my knees.

Just the right firmness. The cover is a nice cotton with a zipper and looks decent.

Cons

The pillow is entirely too hard and there is no way to remove firmness. After using it for a few days, i feel the back pain has worsened. It is made of a firm viscous foam material - not memory foam.

Too small and narrow does not work for any body small size with lower back or needing and half round. Unfortunately, it is way too hard. Too low.
