This book is like a workbook, but that's what i find nice b/c you can keep open and read the pages while you work on your resume. Anything referenced so often is sure to be a useful addition to my collection.
Cons
For others who are already more focused, there is less useful material. For those who are less focused, more useful material is available.

Before using this book although my good recommendations i could tell after reading the book i had several mistakes that ended in not going further in the hiring process of all the recruits met

The structure is to plan it like a marketing campaign and then sell yourself not so much as a logical pointcounterpoint list of qualifications but rather appealing to the emotional side of interviewing as well
