Pros

Once it seems like the loading dose is back in your system, symptoms return. No more hot-flashes or night sweats. I usually let it dry about 15ish minutes before getting dressed.

Internal harmony does the job! It seriously works, i’m very happy with it. And they have a great return policy, so i figured i had nothing to lose. All opinions are mine alone.

This is good stuff and i heartily recommend it! Love it.

Cons

Took 2 capsules each day at breakfast for a month, no change to my hot flash episodes. Natures bounty menopause am-pm, but only the pm pill works at night.
