It's hefty and strong and slightly bigger than the original knob. The recess is a little recessed itself inside the knob. It's a little thicker, which covers more of the printing on the dial.
Fits snugly and seems sturdy. Great replacement *.

It's so refreshing when a manufacturer actually listens to its customers! Seems a little expensive. Would buy again. Pushed on the new knob.
Replacement knob is far better than the original knob that comes with the intermatic timer. The d hole fits perfectly over the timer shaft. Great way to keep the timer running.
