Highlights
Quality
As ever mankind takes war into space with the usual murderous results
Despite these occasional literary potholes the quality of storyline and characters still warrants five stars
There are ftl drives for the lucky few and centuries long sublight transits in hibernation for everyone else
Shipping
My only complaint is that the author left valerie colridge trapped in a shipping container until he needed her
Competitiveness
I have read many but few earn a recommendation
