But it told me to take the tag off before using in the microwave so i did and then started noticing little brown things all over my bed and my son and realized the seeds from inside are coming out

I wish there was a choice of color as i thought it was going to be brown for a baby boy

I usually put on my abdomen without a top as seen in picture for best results but if too hot just use caution and wear a shirt maybe some sweats until it cools down
